The Council for Persons with Disabilities (CPD) is offering to help those within the disability community in Peterborough area gain access to their Enhanced Vaccine Passport with a QR Code. We will help members of the community who do not have access to or the ability to obtain their QR code and help them either download it to a phone, where it will be easily accessible or print a physical copy to keep in a wallet. In order to obtain a QR code the individual will have to be fully vaccinated and provide their health card and postal code at the appointment.

We are currently booking two days for assistance,

• Tuesday November 9, 2021, from 10:00am – 3:30pm
• Friday, December 3, 2021, from 9:00am – 12:00pm

All appointments will be met at our office at 270 George St. N., Peterborough, ON., in the basement (level G) of the Venture North building.
