The Council for Persons with Disabilities is hosting a Gentle Chair Yoga Class through Restore and Renew Yoga from January 12th, 2017 to February 16th, 2017. This class is for all ages and abilities – yoga is for everyone!
We are running this 6 week session on Thursdays from 1-2pm, with social time following from 2-3pm (light snacks provided). The classes are located at Sadleir house, 275 George St. N., Hobbs in Peterborough. Room is wheelchair accessible.
