Are you intimidated by yoga because you can’t get to the floor with ease due to injury, inflexibility, disability or age? If so, Gentle Chair Yoga may be for you!

Restore and Renew Yoga instructors: Lisa and Stephanie.The Council for Persons with Disabilities is hosting a Gentle Chair Yoga Class through Restore and Renew Yoga from January 12th, 2017 to February 16th, 2017.  This class is for all ages and abilities – yoga is for everyone!

We are running this 6 week session on Thursdays from 1-2pm, with social time following from 2-3pm (light snacks provided).  The classes are located at Sadleir house, 275 George St. N., Hobbs in Peterborough.  Room is wheelchair accessible.

Barrier-Free Accommodation

The Buildings Committee recently acted as a consultant for the Peterborough Community Housing Development Corporation (PCHDC). This corporation acquires older homes and renovates them to provide affordable accommodation.
