We’re Here to Break Barriers and Open Doors

The Council for Persons with Disabilities (CPD) advocates for equal rights and inclusion for people with disabilities in Peterborough/Nogojiwanong. We work to raise awareness, improve services, and create opportunities that help individuals live full, independent lives.

By collaborating with the city, schools, and businesses, we push for accessible services and policies that make a real difference in people’s everyday experiences.

Advocating for Accessibility, Inclusivity, and Awareness

We offer programs that challenge barriers, shift mindsets, and open opportunities for people with disabilities.
